How do I cancel my order?  Print To cancel your order, login to PayPal and click 'Cancel Subscription'. Your account services will be terminated once you cancel the subscription. Please note we cannot offer refunds of subscription payments.

How long does domain registration take?  Print When you order a domain name from us it will be submitted to the relevant registrar. Once submitted the domain can take up to 48 hours to become active (since the information is propogated around the worlds DNS servers).

How long does hosting setup take?  Print Hosting will become active within 1 working day under normal circumstances. In order to connect to your webspace you must have a live domain name with the following nameservers defined: ns1.livedns.co.uk ns2.livedns.co.uk

Managing Subscriptions  Print It is your responsibility to manage your subscriptions. We cannot bill you automatically so you must ensure you have the correct subscriptions for the services you require. Lapsed subscriptions will result in cancellation of those facilities on your account. If you are unsure if you have the correct subscriptions please contact us.

Click the 'Order' button at the bottom of the page and follow through the PayPal process. You will be notified by e-mail once your add ons have been installed.
